I love animals and believe in creating everlasting lifetime relationships. I provide care for your fur baby as if they were my own, and ensure that they receive the attention they deserve while being groomed. It is a privilege I hold dear.

I am a Certified Pet Groomer that has provided years of service to satisfied pet owners and have worked hard gaining the trust of their pets in order to be able to groom them in their own home. I choose to come to you as I know some dogs cannot be groomed at a salon for many different reasons. The main one being anxiety. The less anxiety a pet has during a groom the better they will be during the process. They perhaps lack trust in someone that is going to be handling them. This is not the case with all dogs of course, but for the ones that are I believe that one on one attention and no distractions from other dogs or unfamiliar noises or smells is important.

Some Groomers do them…..Some do not.
I myself do not express anal glands because I beleive a vet would be better suited to do the job in its entirety.
You as a dog owner may not know that Groomers express the outer anal glands on your dog . Your dog has two sets of glands though. Internal and external.
The vet does the internal which is what you should be expressing. Having a dog only get the external glands expressed all the time will result in having them done more often. If you haven’t had your dogs anal glands expressed ever, or think you might see something going on with scooting, constipation take your pup to the vet.
We are not veterinarians and things very rarely go wrong but anal glands are an internal issue that requires someone more medically knowledgeable to perform the job properly and in its entirety.

House call grooming is great for any dog however, it will be more difficult ,and messier, for the bigger shedding dogs and just isn’t possible to contain a mess with these large dogs. It is also harder for the groomer to groom the larger dogs in this setting. Carrying a table around suited for the larger-sized breeds is just not practical moreover is just not safe.
